All reservations made through our website follow the cancellation policy established by the excursion provider – Freebird Catamarans.

❗ Cancellation Terms:

• You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour begins (Tenerife local time) and receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour starts are non-refundable – 100% of the amount paid will be retained.

🌧️ Weather Conditions & Minimum Group Size:

• The excursion is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to bad weather, a new date or a full refund will be offered.

• A minimum number of participants is required. If the minimum is not met, you’ll be offered an alternative date or experience, or a full refund.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the reservation. Processing time:

• 24–48 hours to initiate,

• 5–7 business days for card payments,

• up to 30 days for some international cards,

• under 24 hours for PayPal.
